Welsh Dragons had the privilege today by PCSO Rees from the Riverside branch speaking to them on how to stay safe. He also spoke about his own experience with martial arts and how it is good for physical needs as well as building you up mentally to understand the importance of self defence.
The children were firing questions as they were eager to hear about his personal experience with martial arts.
